Residensi MADANI is a public housing initiative aimed at addressing the need for affordable homes for the M40 and B40 income groups in Malaysia. The project in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, forms part of a larger initiative to build thousands of affordable units across the country, targeting urban centers like Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Labuan. The concept prioritizes living comfort, accessibility, and sustainability, aligning with Malaysia’s broader vision for inclusive development.
The design of Residensi MADANI in Bukit Jalil is focused on integrating functionality with community-driven architecture. Each unit is designed to optimize space within the constraints of affordability, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and dedicated parking spaces. Despite being priced competitively, the layout provides a comfortable living environment for urban families, encouraging a balance between private and communal life.
The architecture of Residensi MADANI incorporates modern sustainable elements, focusing on efficient use of space, natural lighting, and energy-saving features. Outdoor communal spaces are designed to foster interaction among residents, creating a sense of community in the heart of the city. Facilities such as recreational areas and green spaces are embedded in the plan, ensuring that the development not only provides housing but also promotes quality of life through healthy living environments.
This project is part of a larger vision to create housing developments that are economically accessible while maintaining a high standard of living for Malaysia’s growing urban population.
